Don,T Give Up To Obstacles

There are many obstacles in life; I will not go into detail as to what is an obstacle. The thing is that we must not submit to them. One expression says, “Obstacles are for defeating”. It is right, we must overcome all obstacles in life and then we can become a great winner. About this, there is a story, which can illustrate this well. Here is the story;

There was a farmer who had a donkey. He used this donkey, for his work, until it was so old that it could not work. The farmer still cared for it because of its good work in the past. One day the donkey ate the grass near a deserted well. It fell into the well because it could not see the well. Because of its fear of death, it screamed so loud that the farmer heard it. He knew that the old donkey had fallen into the well and worried how he could help it. He could not think how he could help his donkey. Then he sat down and thought, “Well! The donkey is old now and useless. The well has been deserted for a long time. Very soon the donkey will die and it must be buried. And also the well must be covered; it is a good idea to bury the donkey in the well now”.

After that the farmer asked some of his friends to do the job. They came and asked him, “Are you sure you want to bury the donkey alive?” “I have no choice, friend. Let’s do the job”, the farmer said. They shoveled and poured the soil into the well. When the soil hit its back, the donkey realised that he was being buried so it screamed out loud. Soon after that, it was quiet, which surprised its owner and his friends. They looked down into the well and to their astonishment, when the soil hit the donkey’s back, it shook it off and took a step up. It strove very hard to survive, and finally, after striving; shaking off the soil and taking a step up, it walked out of the well. All the people were surprised that the donkey had not given up so as it could survive.

The moral of the story; Life is full of obstacles, so shake them off, one by one, and improve your life.

“Never give up” is a blessing, so we should bear this blessing in mind. Never give up, success awaits us. On the contrary, giving up is a curse of life; we should get rid of it.

“A great winner never gives up”.
